Because we live in such a generous community, late in 2020 we got the bright idea that we could collect food and distribute it to local food pantries.
Food is coming in on an ongoing basis. We were able to offer a large van full to Philabundance, followed by two large deliveries to the Willow Grove Baptist Food pantry.
We were also able to invite a couple struggling families to come pick-up a carload of free food.
We intent to keep this initiative going, and as usually are grateful for all the generosity from those who are filling out food collection bins!
